Get Your First AI Physique Results

Rate My Physique uses advanced AI to analyze your photo and provide an instant score across multiple physical attributes. Here is how to get your first rating.

How to Get Rated

1. Open the app and sign in
   Launch Rate My Physique and sign in to your account.

2. Tap the “+ New Scan” button
   The button is located on the Home tab right next to “Today’s Physique”.

3. Take or upload a photo
   Choose to take a new photo with the built-in camera or upload one from your camera roll. For best results, use a clear, well-lit full-body photo.

4. Wait for AI analysis
   The AI analyzes your photo and generates your results in seconds.

5. Review your results
   Your results include scores across several categories, body fat estimation, and various breakdown charts.

What Gets Rated

Your AI physique rating covers the following areas:

• Overall: Your general physique presentation
• Potential: Estimated capacity for improvement
• Definition: Muscle visibility and leanness
• Proportion: Balance and symmetry across muscle groups
• Vascularity: Visibility of veins
• Conditioning: Overall fitness and readiness
• Body fat estimate: An estimated body fat percentage range

Tips for Better Results

Tip

Use good lighting (natural light or a well-lit room) and stand in a front-facing or side pose. Consistent poses over time make progress comparisons more meaningful.

Note

Adding your height and weight in your profile settings helps the AI generate more accurate body fat estimates. Physique ratings are for personal wellness tracking purposes only and are not medical measurements or advice.
