Rate My Physique includes social and sharing features so you can celebrate your progress, stay accountable, and connect with others on the same fitness journey.
Share Your Results
Section titled “Share Your Results”After receiving your physique rating, you can share your results directly from the app. Share to social media to post your progress publicly, or send results privately to friends and training partners for extra motivation and accountability.
Side-by-Side Transformation Photos
Section titled “Side-by-Side Transformation Photos”Use the transformation comparison tool to create shareable side-by-side images showing your physique before and after. These make for compelling progress posts and a powerful reminder of how far you have come.
Community Guidelines
Section titled “Community Guidelines”Rate My Physique maintains a safe and respectful community for all users:
- Authentic photos only: Only post photos of yourself. Impersonation is not allowed.
- No nudity: Nudity and sexually explicit content are strictly prohibited.
- Respect others: Treat other users with kindness. Harassment and hate speech will not be tolerated.
- No harmful content: Do not post content that promotes self-harm, eating disorders, or unhealthy practices.
