Partner Portal Quick Start Guide

Welcome to the Rate My Physique Partner Portal. This guide walks you through the essential steps to get your organization set up, connect your clients, and start reviewing physique check-ins.

Getting Started in 4 Steps

1. Set Up Your Account & Team
   Register your organization, set up passkey login for fast access, and invite your coaching staff under the Team Page. Unlimited team seats are included on all plans.

2. Invite Your Clients
   Give clients your unique 8-character invite code or send them email invites from the Invited Clients page. As soon as clients sign up in the mobile app, they appear on your active roster.

3. Review Incoming Scans
   When clients take a check-in scan on their phone, it appears in your Overview Dashboard review queue. Open the scan in Snapshot Analysis to inspect photos with the zoom lens, review AI body composition scores, leave coaching notes, and mark it reviewed.

4. Manage Schedules & Daily Habits
   Open any client’s Client Schedule to set their daily targets for water, protein, workouts, and custom habits. Check compliance and send instant push notification nudges if they miss a target.
