Guide to user roles, permissions, and staff management in the Rate My Physique Partner Dashboard.

What Each Role Can Do

The dashboard includes four role levels to give your team the right permissions:

Choosing the Right Role for Your Staff

1. Owner

Best for: The gym founder or business owner.
Permissions: Full control over billing, Stripe subscriptions, company details, team invitations, and role management.
Notes: There is only one Owner per organization. The Owner cannot be removed by other team members.

2. Admin

Best for: Head coaches or general managers.
Permissions: Can invite and remove coaches, change staff roles, invite clients, review scans, and leave feedback.
Restrictions: Cannot change billing or transfer ownership.

3. Manager

Best for: Everyday coaches and trainers.
Permissions: Can invite clients, review scans, post feedback, and track client habits.
Restrictions: Cannot invite staff, change roles, or access billing.

4. Viewer

Best for: Shadow coaches, assistants, or interns.
Permissions: Can view client scans, body fat stats, and habit logs.
Restrictions: Read-only access; cannot post feedback or invite clients.

Inviting Team Members

Navigate to the Team tab in the dashboard.
Click Invite Team Member.
Enter the recipient’s business email address and assign a role (Admin, Manager, or Viewer).
Click Send Invitation.

The invited user receives an email containing a registration link. During initial registration, they will be prompted to set up a passkey or use email magic links.

Managing Existing Team Members

Role Modification

In the Team tab, click the action menu (...) adjacent to the user’s name.
Select Edit Role.
Select the updated role and confirm. Permissions update immediately.

Removing Team Members

In the Team tab, click the action menu (...) adjacent to the user’s name.
Select Remove Member and confirm.
Access is revoked immediately.

Rate My Physique provides unlimited team seats across all partner accounts.
You can invite as many head coaches, assistant coaches, managers, and viewers as your organization needs at no additional cost.
Team members collaborate seamlessly across active client rosters without per-seat licensing fees.
