Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

Your Rate My Physique subscription is managed through the platform you purchased from (Apple App Store or Google Play). You can change or cancel it at any time directly from your device settings.

Platform Instructions

iOS (iPhone & iPad)

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Apple ID name at the very top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Find and select Rate My Physique.
5. Choose to change your plan or tap Cancel Subscription.

Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Android

1. Open the Google Play app on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
4. Find and select Rate My Physique.
5. Choose to change your plan or tap Cancel subscription.

Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund Requests

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly specified otherwise. Because subscription payments are processed directly by Apple or Google Play, Rate My Physique does not handle payment processing directly and cannot issue refunds manually.

• Apple Refund Requests: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play Refund Requests: Open Google Play, go to Order history, select the purchase, and tap Request a refund.

Note

When you cancel, you retain access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the free tier.
